CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR PARK HOLIDAY a.s. - MARKETING ACTIVITIES

I hereby grant, to the company PARK HOLIDAY a.s., Identification Number: 27426971, with its registered office at Kvetnoveho povstani 194, Praha 10 - Benice, CZ 103 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by Municipal Court in Prague, file No. B 10560 (hereinafter only as “PARK HOLIDAY a.s.”), the consent to processing of my personal data for the purposes of receipt of offers of services and information on regular, as well as extraordinary events of the company PARK HOLIDAY a.s., including sending of business communications

in the following extent: Name and surname, date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, type of services used hiherto

for the period of 10 years as of the consent granting.

Provision of the consent is voluntary. This consent may be withdrawn, either by clicking the link included in each sent business communication or by sending of the request to the e-mail: ochranaou@parkholiday.cz.

We shall process your personal data on basis if your voluntarily granted consent to its processing.

We shall process your personal data directly through employees authorized thereto and further through processors authorized by the company PARK HOLIDAY a.s. on the basis of agreements on personal data processing.  The categories of the processors, we may provide the personal data with, include: the provider of marketing support services and advertising campaigns administration, the sever operator. Within the framework of the mentioned processing, we shall not transfer your personal data to any third countries.

Within the framework of the mentioned processing, no decision-making solely based on automated decision-making occurs, which would lead to legal effects for the data subjects, or such decision-making would significantly relate to them in similar way.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. The right to withdraw the granted consent to personal data processing

The provided consent may be withdrawn at any time, either by use of the link determined therefor, included in each sent business communication, or by sending of the requirement to the e-mail: ochranaou@parkholiday.cz.

2. Right to access

Upon request, we will inform you, whether we process any personal data relating to your person. If so, we will inform you of the purpose of such processing, categories of the concerned personal data, categories of recipients or planned storage period. If no rights and freedoms of other persons are affected, we will provide you with a copy of the processed personal data relating to you free-of-charge. Nonetheless, we may charge a reasonable fee corresponding to our administrative costs for any further copies.

We would like to inform you that in case of exercise of the right to access to the personal data, we may ask you to identify yourself to us for the purposes of verification of your identity. This is a preventive security measure, in order we prevent access of unauthorized persons to your personal data.

3. Right to rectification and completion

You may ask for rectification of inaccurate data that relate to your person. You are further entitled to provide us with additional personal data, if they are necessary.

4. Right to erasure

Our systems are set in order they ensure automatic erasure or anonymization of the personal data, which we do not need for the purpose that it was processed for.

Nonetheless, it you believe that the erasure still did not occur or that we unauthorizedly process any your personal data, you may send us a request to erasure of the personal data. Your personal data need not be erased, e. g. in cases, if we would need them for establishment, execution or defence of our legal claims, or if processing of such a data is imposed by law.

5. Right to restriction of processing

Upon your request, we restrict processing of the personal data, if:

●       you believe that the data relating to your person, processed by us, are inaccurate. Such processing shall be restricted until verification of accuracy of such personal data;

●       processing is illegal, but you refuse erasure of personal data and instead of that, you ask for restriction of their use;

●       we shall no longer need the personal data for our purposes, but you will need them for establishment, execution or defence of legal claims;

●       you made an objection against processing due to personal reasons (e. g. due to reasons resulting from your specific information), which would be based on our legitimate interest.  Then we are obliged to restrict such personal data processing until verification, whether our legitimate interest overrides your personal reasons (i. e. reasons resulting from your specific situation).

In case of processing restriction, we only may, in respect to such personal data:

●       store it,

●       further process it with your consent,

●       further process it due to establishment, execution or defence of legal claims,

●       further process it due to protection of rights of another natural or legal person or due to important public interest of EU or a member state.

6. Right not to be subject to automated decision-making

You are entitled not to be subject to automated decision-making, exclusively based on automated processing, if such decision would legally affect you or would substantially relate to you. 

7. What does it mean to have the right to object?

If a particular case concerns personal data processing, which would be necessary for purposes of our legitimated interest (i. e. not processing on the basis of a consent, for contract performance, etc.), you may, for reasons relating to your particular situation, make an objection against such processing. If we do not show that our legitimate interest in specific processing prevails over your interests or rights and freedoms, we will terminate such processing.

You can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.

8. Right to transferability

You are also entitled to obtain, from PARK HOLIDAY a.s., the personal data that concerns you and which you have provided to it on the basis of this consent. Based on your request, we will provide you with data without unnecessary delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or upon your request, we will provide it to another unambiguously appointed controller. This right does not apply to personal data that are not processed in automated way.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are being processed unlawfully, you can contact the supervisory authority, which is, in the territory of the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
